AGENCY Spoof: Catch 22

Happy belated Birthday, !

This is one of many AGENCY spoof ideas that I have sketched in my sketch book over the past several months or longer. The author of AGENCY, Annie, had a birthday a while back and I wanted to do some more AGENCY fan art for her. Hey, Annie, I'm not sure if you'll like this one or not, but I hope you do.

At one point, I was going to have Static jump out of a birthday cake. But then I decided that was wrong, lol. So I went back to this idea.

I wasn't sure what people would think I was having the characters do in panels 3-5, so I put a note below them specifying that they were just kissing. I hope that note doesn't take away from the overall piece.

The black cat character's name is apparently "22." I'm not really certain from where Annie pulled him from or who he even is, despite being the agent that Shadow is replacing for the duration of the real AGENCY story. Titling this piece "Catch 22" probably makes no sense but was so funny in my head at the time that I couldn't pass it up. Now that he's playing card games during a slow recovery with 22, I wonder who will be replacing Shadow in my AGENCY spoofs?
